Dreamcast

Overview

Dreamcast is an India-based event-technology company known for an all-in-one platform covering event registration, ticketing, badge printing, access management, mobile apps, virtual and hybrid events, live streaming, event CRM, and cashless payments. It serves enterprise, agency, conference, exhibition, festival, and other large-scale event organizers from its Jaipur base.

The company occupies the enterprise and high-volume segment of the event-platform market, combining software with onsite implementation and event-operations support. Reputation

Dreamcast is generally positioned by software directories and customer-review sites as a provider for large-scale and enterprise events, with users citing quick check-in, broad event-technology coverage, and responsive support as strengths. Its integration of onsite services and software is viewed as useful for complex events requiring registration, access, and attendee operations in one deployment. Public review ratings are favorable on some software platforms but more mixed on Trustpilot, indicating that customer experiences may vary by project and execution. Pricing is often quote-based, although its registration product publishes per-attendee rates and minimum-volume terms.
