Eventdex

Overview

Eventdex is a United States-based event-management software company focused on conferences, trade shows, associations and other in-person, hybrid and virtual programs. Its platform combines registration and ticketing, onsite check-in, badge printing, mobile event applications, exhibitor tools, lead retrieval, matchmaking and analytics rather than concentrating on a single event function.

The company is positioned as an integrated, modular platform for event organizers and exhibitors. It is notable for connecting attendee-facing and exhibitor-facing workflows in one system, including interactive floor plans, QR check-in, mobile lead capture and AI-assisted matchmaking. Pricing is generally quoted by program, based on attendee volume, number of events and selected modules, although third-party listings show low entry-level per-user pricing.

History

Eventdex is associated with Globalnest LLC and was founded in the 2010s; available company profiles variously cite 2013 and 2016. Durga Mikkilineni is identified as a co-founder, while Eventdex's current About Us materials identify Nextech3D.ai founder and chief executive Evan Gappelberg in connection with the parent company. Eventdex became part of Nextech3D.ai's broader technology portfolio and has continued as an event-management software brand. Its product scope expanded from mobile-first event applications into an integrated platform covering registration, onsite operations, engagement, lead retrieval, matchmaking and analytics.

Reputation

Eventdex has generally positive software-directory feedback, with an overall rating around 4.7 out of 5 from roughly 39 reviews. Users commonly value the breadth of the integrated feature set, customer support and the ability to manage registration, onsite operations and exhibitor workflows together. The main limitations are less transparent pricing, reliance on sales quotations for many modules and the potential complexity of configuring a broad platform for smaller events. Its public corporate identity is also somewhat complex because company profiles connect the brand with both Globalnest LLC and Nextech3D.ai.
