EventNation

Overview

EventNation is a U.S.-based event-marketing platform that connects corporate event planners and experiential marketers with vendors, venues, and event-technology providers. The business began as an online directory and has developed into a broader marketplace and planning-resource platform serving markets across the United States and Canada.

Its distinguishing features are a vetted and peer-reviewed supplier directory, a professional planner community, and newer software capabilities including AI-assisted venue-contract analysis, budgeting, and matching. Public information describes the company as privately held and small, with its headquarters in Philadelphia.

History

EventNation was founded by Faith Keiser in 2008 as an online directory intended to connect event planners with vendors. It expanded from a directory into a marketplace and planning resource covering corporate event vendors and venues across the United States and Canada. The company added a professional event-planner community, software resources, and more recently AI-assisted venue-contract review and event-planning tools. Public company profiles also describe Philadelphia as its headquarters and identify it as privately held.

Reputation

EventNation is positioned as a practical sourcing and information resource for corporate event planners and experiential marketers, with recognition for organizing vendor information by geographic market and offering peer-oriented resources. Its newer AI and contract-review tools broaden its role beyond directory listings into event-operations software. Publicly available information provides limited independent review coverage, and the company’s small reported employee base suggests a focused rather than large-scale operating structure. Some public profiles contain inconsistent founding dates and company descriptions, so the 2008 founding date is best supported by EventNation’s own website.
