The company operated manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom and maintained a US distribution presence through Formatt KT America, Inc. in Huntington Beach, California. On 14 April 2025, the company passed resolutions to wind up voluntarily and entered creditors' voluntary liquidation, with Gareth Stones appointed as liquidator.
