Peren was founded in 2014 by Andy Bica-Popi, a Transylvanian watch enthusiast who trained in the Swiss watch industry and registered the trademark that year. Subsequent releases include the Hintz with a unique disk design and the One mecaquartz chronograph, all hand-built in Switzerland.
